The models powering Nellie are hosted in the US exclusively by providers who do not train on your data. Nellie only sees what you decide to share and never logs into your email or accesses any data you haven't specifically shared. Nellie doesn't send emails as you or invite anyone to events on your calendar.
Your data is encrypted in-transit and at rest on Nellie's servers. If you choose to close your account, your messages, notes and lists are permanently deleted from Nellie's servers.
